High-quality teaching helps EAL learners develop the language, confidence and understanding they need to participate fully and succeed across the curriculum. We provide specialist EAL teaching and interventions that are practical, inclusive and informed by current research and best practice. Support is tailored to each setting and complements existing teaching while strengthening staff confidence and capacity.
Our Services Include
Direct EAL teaching: Developing speaking, listening, reading and writing alongside curriculum learning.
Small-group support: Focused sessions based on identified language needs, providing additional opportunities to practise and develop English.
In-class support: Collaborative approaches that remove barriers to learning and increase participation and access to the curriculum.
Academic language development: Building subject-specific vocabulary, comprehension and the language needed for discussion, reasoning, explanation and written work.
We support learners at different stages of English development, from newly arrived pupils to those developing more advanced academic language.
